Ana Filipe has been a certified accountant since 2017 and is the founder of LimisCaelis, a company founded in 2023 to offer personalized and affordable tax advice to self-employed workers and businesses.

After living in the UK for four years, Ana developed a broader understanding of the tax challenges faced by those living outside their home country. Fluent in Portuguese and English, she currently provides services in both languages ​​with empathy and clarity.

It was from this experience that the parallel project was also born “Ana Filipe – Portuguese Tax Helper”, an initiative focused on supporting foreigners living and working in Portugal. Through this service, Ana helps simplify the Portuguese tax system, explaining essential concepts about IRS, VAT, social security, and legal obligations—always in a practical way adapted to the realities of those starting a new life in Portugal.

Married and mother of Maria, Ana balances her personal life with a very clear professional mission: to make taxation more humane, understandable, and useful for everyone—Portuguese or not—who needs guidance in this area.
